The Stanton Group, Inc. (SGI) is celebrating its 32nd year in the greater Nashville real estate market. SGI is a certified women-owned small business and remains a local, full-service real estate firm offering services in property and asset management, brokerage, leasing, accounting, and maintenance solutions.
Since its inception, SGI has grown to manage over 1 million square feet of property which includes a portfolio of single and multi-tenant office buildings, medical offices, flex/warehouse, retail and residential properties. SGI also manages several business associations.
SGI has participated in the sales of office, medical, warehouse and retail properties. We have assisted many clients over the years in land sales and acquisitions, development of office and retail projects, and industrial sales and leasing and we have been fortunate enough to represent multiple tenant leases that have been placed with landlords all over Middle Tennessee.
SGI's stock-in-trade is an approach that focuses on the client's perspective and needs, and our development of a full range of service offerings enables us to rapidly expand our footprint when growth is required, allowing us to compete on equal terms with larger companies while retaining our focus on customer service. We remain agile enough to change, yet "old-fashioned" enough to continue to provide professional, cost-effective real estate services with the hands-on personal touch on which SGI has built its reputation.
Our success, however, is not measured by square feet alone; it can be found in the many long-term relationships we have built with our clients, tenants, employees and vendors over the past 30+ years. We are very proud that the loyalty of our clients has led to our position and portfolio size in the Nashville market.
