The Stanton Group, Inc. (SGI) is celebrating its 34th year in the greater Nashville real estate market. SGI is a woman-owned small business and remains a local, full-service real estate firm offering services in asset and property management, brokerage, leasing, accounting, and maintenance solutions.
Since its inception, SGI has grown to manage over 1 million square feet of property which includes a portfolio of single and multi-tenant office buildings, medical offices, flex/warehouse, retail and residential properties. SGI also manages several business associations.
SGI has participated in the sales of office, medical, warehouse and retail properties. We have assisted many clients over the years in land sales and acquisitions, development of office and retail projects, and industrial sales and leasing and we have been fortunate enough to represent multiple tenant leases that have been placed with landlords all over Middle Tennessee.
