The Stanton Group, Inc. is a commercial real estate company founded in December 1986 by Debra C. Viol, CPM, President and CEO. At its founding, Viol recognized a need in the Nashville market for a locally owned professional property management firm that could cater to the needs of the real estate investment community. 

Since its inception, The Stanton Group, Inc. (SGI) has grown to manage over a million square feet of commercial property which includes a portfolio of office buildings, state of the art medical offices, warehouses and retail centers. Not only does SGI provide service in management, acquisition and development of real estate portfolios, but we also manage several notable commercial associations and oversee multi-property portfolios for local investment groups.

In addition to property management, SGI has participated in the sales of office, warehouse, retail and multiple office condos.  We have assisted many clients over the years in land sales and acquisitions, development of office and retail projects, and industrial sales and leasing; and have been fortunate enough to represent multiple tenant leases that have been placed with Landlords all over Metro Nashville and Williamson County.   

But our success isn’t measured by square feet alone, it can be found in the many long-term relationships we’ve built with our clients, tenants, employees and vendors over the past 25 years.  At SGI we understand that every property is unique and we’re small enough to be highly responsive and offer the turn-key service of a boutique, but large enough to possess the expertise and experience in the areas of commercial real estate that treats each client’s needs uniquely. 

From asset advisory to asset disposition, our goal is to assist each client in obtaining their objectives in the most professional and cost effective manner while earning them the highest possible return on their investment.   Each year, SGI sees more opportunity for growth and change.   As we position ourselves for the future, we remain agile enough to change, yet old fashioned enough to continue to strive to provide professional real estate services with the hands-on personal touch on which SGI has built its reputation serving the middle Tennessee business community.

Should your proposal be accepted,  SGI requires that you provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance (COI) for your company, which should include the property address for which you are doing work and the landlord’s name along with The Stanton Group, Inc. All parties must be listed as an "Additional Insured” with respects to work performed at said location(s).
